Last wednesday I got a flat tire at 430, I called on a whim doubting they could help me that late in the day. I got my car towed in and was there by five, one of the guys drove me home in their CarX van. I ended up getting new tires all around and badly needing brakes. My car feels like a NEW car. I had to get used to driving on good brakes, lol. I dealt with Karl and Rob. I think Karl is the manager but he was the one who did the actual work on my car. He physically showed me how bad my pads and rotors were. I ended up price matching - you have to have the quote printed out from another store but it was worth the work to save the money. I see another review about Karl being racist - I'm not white and I didnt have any issues, my husband didnt either and he picked up and paid.read more

This is the only place in town I've been so far that does High Mileage Mobil 1 and that for me is a great plus. However, they do try to nickel and dime you for everything possible. One time I went in after getting my brakes changed and they recommended that I get my brakes changed...I had literally gotten new ones less than a week before from my dealership. Ever since then, I've been extremely weary about anything that they suggest. I would always recommend that you get a second opinion from a different place if you're set on completing something they suggest you do here. Though I do appreciate that they apparently read my review!-that gets them an extra star.read more
