These guys are awesome! Brought my car in later in the day for an issue I was having. Didn't know if it was major or minor. They figured it out and were able to fix it easily and because of the nature of it, didn't even charge me. I've never had such great customer service. I've brought my car for oil changes and alignments too and always satisfied. Thanks again for your help today!

Best shop around! I brought my vehicle to the dealership for repairs a month prior and they were going to charge a few hundred to fix a rattling sound. I declined the service at the dealership. Today, when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, I asked to get the rattling diagnosed. I was told that a panel was loose and they secured it. Sure enough, the sound is gone. It was so refreshing to bring my vehicle in and not have employees try to upsell me on services. If you're looking for quality work from a trustworthy shop, this is the place to bring your vehicle. I'm not local but if I need work on my vehicle when I'm visiting again, this will be where I go.
I've been coming here for many years....and they always serve you with a smile..if you need the smallest/biggest thing done they will go out there way to make it happen... I would definitely recommend coming here❤
My window was broken and i wasn't able to afford it. One of the mechanics hear found a way to pull the window up and tape it up for me in about 30 mins. Itâs a temporary fix but i will definitely will be back to get it fixed. 10/10 experience!
Popped in from getting gas and needed wiper blades changed. They managed to squeeze me in amongst the 7 orders they had already at 9AM. Kind friendly service. I'll definitely will be back!!!
Never disappointed when I go to this Car-X. They get me in and out as quickly as possible. I'm about to get my oil changed for the 3rd time at this location and I know that the work is going to be done like it is supposed to be done. The best at what they do!!

Car-X in Whiting, IN is the place to go for your auto repairs. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the always pleasant and smiling office manager, Sofia. The mechanics Kyle #1 and Kyle #2 are totally knowledgeable about all things "cars". They always call me to review their mechanic's diagnosis and repair estimates, prior to commencing any work. I appreciate their honesty, repair turnaround time and quality work. My 2004 Toyota Tacoma runs smoothly because of their excellent mechanical work. Thank you Car-X team.
The team at Car-X provided wonderful customer service and made me feel very taken care of, always going a step above my expectations. The company that I initially had for towing delayed and I had to end up canceling, but Car-X was extremely accommodating, referring me to their towing person (who was extremely professional, nice, and speedy) and even staying open a little longer than their hours to make sure I got my car in. They were extremely thorough and did a fantastic job fixing my car up, even though there were a bunch of challenges with it. Mike, Sophia, Kyle, and Nate were extremely helpful and made my experience a great one.
I always feel they're honest. I don't feel like I'm overcharged. They're not condescending to a female.
Went to Car-X Auto Service this morning for a walk in Oil Change on my way to work. Just wanted to say they were awesome! They were all friendly, and I had a great conversation with the Manager Mike while I waited for them to get to my car. Only took about 20 minutes for them to check out my car only to find out that I wasn't actually due for an Oil Change yet. Even though I did not need anything done yet they still checked all the fluids under the hood of my car and checked my tires. I was honestly surprised by the great customer service I received at this Whiting Car-X Shop. This will be my go to shop for any repairs. I want to Thank this Car-X team for their quality customer service.

Earlier today I went to the Car-X in Whiting Indiana with a friend and could not believe the service she received. She went to get an Oil Change and they did a complete check on her car and found a few other things that she needed to get fixed. I was amazed at the customer service that we received there. I definitely will be taking my car there. Place is nice and clean and for being a auto service place I couldn't believe how clean their bathroom was.

Great customer service! Originally went for an oil change and to check if I needed new brakes! They gave me a full check under the hood provided like window wash, power steering and gave me a tire rotation. They also let me know that I didnât need to change my brakes which was good news saving me money! Great place to take your vehicle.
