Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They took time to physically show me what the problem was with my vehicle. They always get any work done efficiently and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
I have used this Car-X location for several years with two different vehicles. They have always done excellent work and I trust their recommendations. On this recent visit, I asked Dave to address a continuous issue I've had with tire pressure on my older car. Dave gave me a free tire pressure gauge as well as advice on looking regularly at my tire pressure, what to measure, and why I might need to visit them again to review tire pressure. Over several years and two cars, I really trust these guys because they've kept my cars in working order for a very reasonable price.
Good prices and super helpful service. I was late picking up my car at the end of the day so Lars stayed an extra 15 minutes after closing to make sure I could pick it up when I needed it. Always friendly and have never tried to jerk me around when it comes to work I need done.
If you live within 25 miles of the Odana Rd. Car-X it would be worth going there if you have ANY type of car care need. I bought and had tires mounted there and got a good deal and great service. Been there before and will keep going back.
Two words, PHENOMENAL SERVICE. This business is by far one of the best that I have ever dealt with when in need of auto service. They are very polite, courteous, and also clearly involved with their customers on a personal level. The service is also top notch. My alignment was perfect. They came back into the waiting area to speak with me multiple times to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I'm upset that I cannot give this place a higher rating. 15/10 would recommend to anyone in need of auto service.
