I knew I was due for an oil change. I had been to a different CarX location and I was happy with the service. After finding a coupon, I decided to check out the brand new location. It was quite busy, but I was prepared to wait so I didn’t mind. As I sat down to wait, I looked around and noticed it was their grand opening. They had a bunch of food available for customers which was key because I didn’t eat lunch yet. Perfect timing! Plus they have WIFI for customers. I just had my pick up serviced at Car X. It had a leak in the rear differential. They got my pick up in right away, checked it out, reported to me what the problem was, and then unlike any other service company I have been to asked me if I wanted to see the problem while they had it on the lift. I said of course. This wonderful young man took me over and showed me where the leak was coming from, what the part is, and what it would take to fix. He got me a quote right away and asked if I wanted them to fix it right then or did I want to schedule. The leak is fixed and the truck runs great. This is a new business. Had to go in for a oil change and muffler fix and they found additional things wrong with the vehicle. They were able to fix them in a timely and cost efficent manner. Super friendly staff and a super nice locational on north lawn! W00t!read more
