I went to Davenport Iowa to visit my granddaughter and needed an oil change. I didn't realize I needed one that soon. These guys are awesome. They took me right away. Very polite. They didn't talk down to me and treat me like I didn't know what was going on. I am elderly so I appreciate it, their courtesy and the awesome job they do. I want to thank the manager. He was very polite and shout out to Michael. Les and anybody else. I can't remember all their names but they were great. Thank you! Thank you!.

They fixed a recurring brake issue on my jeep. Two trips and over $1,400 spent in another shop did not resolve the issue.

Great tire experience here! The guys here worked diligently to get my seized Lugnuts off of my tires. The communication and effort was great. I will be back from more services and referring them.

Went to the Northwest Blvd/Welcome Way location and Tyler and the crew couldn’t have been more helpful. They were tasked to diagnose my son’s cars electrical issues. They were very friendly and completely fair. That went well beyond the call of duty and we’re very much appreciate it! We’ll be back for future work!

When you bring your car in for service, there is so much anxiety surrounding timing, price, and depth of the problem. They had an excellent price, communicated extremely well regarding expectations, and finished FAR earlier than I could have ever expected. Shout-out to the mechanic Tyler who communicated with me super well and got this job done so quickly.

On a road trip to Quad Cities when our catalytic converter shield fell down, dragging on the ground. Pulled into QC, and they took us right away even thought they were busy. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes, and did not charge us. Very friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone. Great service.
My air stopped working. They got me in within a day and had the ac fixed same day. Price was much less than what dealer quoted.

I dropped in one morning after dropping the kids at school to schedule an appointment for some repairs. Instead of doing the work in the future, they took my car in immediately, informed me of the repairs that needed to be done, helped me decide what repair was extremely necessary, then drove me home, while they did the one major repair. Less than four hours later, they called saying it was complete! Talk about fast!After pay day the next week, I brought it back for the other repairs to be done. They said that they could start the repairs next morning and drove me home again. By the afternoon, it was done!They are very fast, have great customer service, and are genuinely concerned about the customer. I highly recommend them.

QC Auto service is how i expect not just all auto shops but all businesses to conduct themselves.Had purchased new headlight asembly units and asked if they would install them since you had to drop the bumper to replace and i don't have the space living at an apartment complex.I was told over the phone they can do it , the labor charge , and to bring it by in the morning to take care of it . When most other shops i called said it was a body shop issue , and the body shops i contacted were either too busy , or wanted insurance information before continuing ( remember to replace headlights 🙄 )Upon arrival was greeted , taken care of promptly, and out the door in a little under 2 hours . They already had other vehicles they were working on and i was planning on being there a lot longer .Great work , great communication, and shockingly enough .......... honest to goodness customer hospitality!(Which imo has been lacking in many businesses in many industries)Anyways, i say all these glowing compliments as a long winded way of saying if you're looking for an upfront business, that treats you great as a customer, without the games and feeling of being ripped off , then you should give them a try .I know I'll be using them again in the future.

This is the auto shop that I regularly use for maintenance. This shop will do the regular maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations as well as major maintenance such as transmission issues and door panel replacements. They usually have my car done in a day (depends on the issue it's having) which is part of the reason why I go to them. I also feel like the techs actually listen to me which can be rare considering I'm a woman. They're able to evaluate my car based on the history I've given them and give me their diagnosis of what the problem is. They have a very high rate of correct diagnosis for car issues. The staff overall is very welcoming and kind. They are willing to explain the inner workings of issues that the average person won't know which I appreciate. The main staffer behind the front desk is especially good at customer service and makes me feel very welcome in the shop. There have been times when the front desk person, Leroy, is gone and someone else is present. They're not quite as good at Leroy, and I usually wait until he's back to take my car in. In comparing this shop to the other mechanics and shops I've visited, I feel confident that the work on my car is done with quality rather than quantity.
