This location is amazing and I want to give a special shout-out to Jeff and Bree. You always hear the horror stories about chain shops but this place is different. They have taken great care of my vehicles. What I love about this location is that they will be upfront and honest with you - even if it means not getting a little extra revenue. By doing so, they have earned my business for as long as Iâm around. They are also incredibly kind and informative if you call with a silly question. Keep up the great work!

I have been getting my oil changed here for about a year. Each time they are very quick, helpful, and always very friendly. They check lights, filters, and top off all fluids. Recently my blower stopped working so I inquired with Car-X about making appointment. They were very quick to get me in, ordered the parts I needed, and made the replacements needed the next day. They were very friendly and up front about each part of the cost, and had a very competitive pricing. I would 100% recommend Car-X in Brownsburg, IN for oil changes and any maintenance/work needed!

I initially came here because of an oil change coupon. I came back because of the level of courtesy & professionalism. I will return because of the care this team takes with their customers AND their landscaping. These folks don't sit down to flip through their phones between customers. They are taking care of the simple things like weeds. Thank you Jeff, Bree and Zach and the rest of the team!

As a potential car buyer, I had visited a dealership and felt a nagging suspicion that the salesperson was not being completely forthright about the condition of the vehicle I was interested in. To put my doubts to rest, I decided to seek a second opinion by taking the car to CarX for an inspection, and boy, am I glad I did.After their inspection, they sat me down and went through a comprehensive report, showing me everything that needed attention. To my disbelief, almost none of the issues that the dealership claimed to have fixed were actually resolved. It's always a good experience at this location. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but was told it would be a waste of money to rotate the tires as they had reached the wear bars and it was time to replace them. They put together a price on 3 options to replace them and had them in stock. I chose the Continentals and they had them mounted, balanced, and installed in no time. Thank you Car-X Brownsburg!

The at this location team rocks! Got me together with no hard sales (which I hate). The guys were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about products and prices. Will definitely be back.

Really nice staff and management. I was actually running late to my scheduled appointment with them, so I called to see if they could still see me, and they were so nice about it. I did end up getting there a little late, but they took care of me like nothing happened and even threw in a discount for my servicesâhighly recommend this location and their services!

Such a great experience! Everywhere else I have gone for any type of work on my car there has always been some kind of issue. None here! They had all 4 brakes done in less than 2 hours. Ask for Jeff!!

The service here is incredible! I went for an oil changed and ended up also getting an air filter. Although they did not have it in stock, they were able to have it delivered in record time! So I did not even have to wait very long. I stayed in my car the entire time and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am never going to Walmart for an oil change again! Keep it up you guys!
