We have been bringing all of cars here for oil changes and tire rotations for several years. They always do a good job and with the coupons the price is reasonable, compared to other businesses. We recently had the brakes replaced. The pads included a lifetime warranty. We will continue to bring our cars here for service.

While I was visiting my family from out of town, my car started to make a weird noise. My family suggested that I take my car to Car-X and it was a great suggestion. The lady in the lobby was very helpful and explained everything to me in laymen's terms. She walked me though all I needed to know for the future maintenance of my car and even printed a diagram of what they did so I could show it to my mechanic when I returned home. Their customer service was on point and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to fix my car. Thank you for wonderful service and helping me to get back home safely.
I always bring my car here for an oil change. I typically call ahead to make an appointment, but theyâre always quick to get me in and out. Staff is friendly and professional. Theyâre always having sales on their services so price always seems great.
They were attentive and fixed what I needed them to. They identified my mystery drip and while they were not able to repair my oil pan due to staffing, they maintained my brakes, changed my oil, and drew my attention to the fact I urgently needed to replace 2 tires. They also replaced the tires. Honest people.
I have used Car-X, Carmel IN for many years to repair my vehicles. I find that they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. They repair what needs to be repaired without looking for unnecessary repairs to run up the bill like some other places. Mariah does a great job of managing the place.

Ever had one of those weeks where you kept having tire problems. First it was a nail in the tire, then the tire sensor failed and then another leak in the same tire. Throughout my three visits in one week to Carex of Carmel, Rob and Mariah continued to have a positive attitude of can-do. My truck had a flashing check engine light and was running rough. I had it towed after hours and dropped it off and took an Uber home. It took some troubleshooting but they eventually found the problem and answered all my questions. Rob helped me out and made sure it was good to go.

The reviews are what made me try Car-X in the first place so I feel obligated to leave one myself. Mike was so great, fit me in on a busy day, and his guys finished my car so quickly! I will certainly use them in the future as they have the most reasonable prices I've seen and it was the best experience I've had in a service department.
They where quick to get me in and out with an emergency I had with my front brakes. They test drove my vehicle before releasing it to me after the work was done. My car is managing very well now.

My experience at Car-X was amazing! After my service engine light came on, another auto shop I went to diagnosed the problem but said that it was something they were unable to fix on site. I went to Car-X and described the problem to them, where they quickly figured out that what the other shop had told me was incorrect. This was confirmed with their own diagnostic test. Once they knew the source of the problem, they popped the hood and identified the culprit in my engine within SECONDS. Once we knew what the issue was, they gave helped me find the cheapest way to order the part. I returned to replace it a few days later and the service was so fast, I was shocked! I have truly never had a more pleasant auto shop experience. Jesse was very kind and informative. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my car care needs!
Amazing diagnostic turn around times. Never let anything even small issues go without care. Have had my truck in for routine maintenance several times and is always a quick turnaround for their busy schedule. Jesse there is always looking out for the customers best interest and longevity of the vehicles.

The guys are super friendly, and they do a good job. They can get busy though. So I would recommend getting here early, around the time they open (7am). Also, if you can bring your car in during the week, rather than the weekend, the work on your car will get done faster. They have free WiFi and coffee if you choose to stay and wait for your car. Iâve been going to this specific location for over 10 years. I drive an old, high-mileage car (the same car the entire time), and Iâve never felt pressured to get more repairs than I need or can afford. Theyâve even fixed certain minor (but important) things for free. Mike, the owner, is a straight-shooter, and all of his staff is friendly if not gregarious. As a woman, I have never been uncomfortable going there. I hope to get a new(er) car soon, and Iâll continue to give them my business.
