Joey, Tommy and team always do great work for me even when it is just an oil change they accommodate me in a timely manner. I've had them do brakes, rotors, hub bearings, tie rod ends and more. You can trust they will do good work and treat you right.

I needed a new battery asap. Joey got me in right away in a Saturday. It was completed so quickly! After leaving the shop, I stopped at autozone to replace my headlight. In so doing, I accidentally knocked my turn signal component down into the bowels of my car. I drove it back over to CarX with my head hung low to see if they could help me. Joey and Paul were so kind and fixed my issue with no charge!!! How many places take that time to help someone out?!? I will always return to this store for their quality work, honesty and simple kindness.
My car has been having trouble starting lately. I couldn't start it for 2-3 weeks and I almost had to get it towed to be serviced. I finally got it started today and thought it was my starter. I was concerned it would be a costly repair because the dealership (which had a 2-week wait for service) quoted me about $850+, since my starter was "about to go." CarX could see me same day. Joey and his team ran a full diagnostic on my car and figured out I had bad battery corrosion that was making it difficult to start my engine. The guys cleaned up my battery contacts and replaced my caps and we're good to go. They checked that my battery is still in good condition. They were honest about the issue and didn't even charge me for the corrosion clean up. I finally found an honest and professional mechanic that will take care of my car right and not just try to pad the bill unnecessarily. They've earned a customer for life with that kind of integrity. We were purchasing a car on a Saturday and wanted to get it checked out by s mechanic. Car-X took us in immediately on a walk-in basis. Phil let us ride with him as he thoroughly checked out the car on a test drive. Following that he put the car on a lift and checked all the major components. He found many small issues which we made note of-nothing major thankfully!! Tommy and Joe were also very helpful and friendly. With the confidence of Philâs evaluation we then proceeded to purchase our car. All in all Iâd highly recommend Car-X for getting your car checked out or repaired. A first rate shop!!

I've used this CarX location for several years now, primarily for oil changes, as they offer a VERY reasonable rate if you bring in a canned good to donate. Both Steve and Jim have been very upfront and transparent about how they operate this location and I couldn't be more pleased. I trust both them and their staff of mechanics to provide a thorough inspection and to inform me of repairs that need to be performed on my car, without feeling like I'm getting a run around or an increased hassle factor. In fact, just last week I was informed that I needed to replace a control arm on my car due to the ball joint being worn out. While I appreciated their estimate, I was able to perform this repair myself and when I returned today for an alignment, was met with NO hassle.Both their lobby and their workshop are clean and organized, which to me speaks highly of their quality. I've also been present when other customers are inquiring about services and feel that their recommendations are reasonable and fair priced.
