She walked in simply to ask to use the telephone, and the team volunteered to push her car off the street! Great to see that compassionate, helpful human beings are still all around us!Because they were so helpful, I decided to give them the opportunity to repair our car. Jason kept us well informed throughout the process and the repair was completed on time as promised.
These guys did a great job fixing my catalytic converter and exhaust pipe after an incident with a curb. Were able to get me in immediately, followed up quickly with a very fair estimate, and completed the work same day. They were happy to explain the repairs fully when I asked some questions. I would highly recommend.

This is a very reputable place to get your car serviced. A family member referred me and I am so glad he did. The manager Jason is very personable and honest. The communication is very good with updates and explanations of the work that needs to be done. The rates are reasonable with no extras being thrown at you to get more money. The mechanics do good work and are timely. The staff being really friendly and nice is a big plus. I highly recommend them!

Very satisfied. Had to have my 2008 Toyota Sienna worked on twice and both times they did amazing work. Very honest and up front of what needed done on my vehicle. It's hard to find good, honest, mechanics anymore and ones to actually trust and are up front with you. Definitely keeping my business for sure. Went into Car X to have my tire looked at because Milford Ohio is doing a lot of road work and obviously not cleaning up their mess and thanks to them I had a huge screw in my tire. Michael was so friendly but unfortunately the tire couldnât be patched. Two tires was very costly but after calling around and getting prices Jason the manager at Car X did price match which was so nice. The place is very clean and all three guys that work there do a lot of hard work to keep their customers happy and to me thatâs what it is about. I would highly recommend the car x in Milford Ohio
These guys are great! We drove up from Louisville to look at a used car and I'm so happy that I had them do a pre purchase inspection. They found that what looked like a good car needed a lot of expensive suspension work. They took the time to show me everything they found and saved me from making a big mistake. The next day I brought them another car to look at and it was a much better option. They still found some work that need to be done and after comparing their prices to my mechanic I had them do the work. Honest, friendly, and stand behind their prices and work. If you're in the area and need a mechanic Jason and his team are the place to go.
Let's start by saying, if you need an honest mechanic that isn't trying to bend you over to make a dollar, go here! Seriously, they're honest, up front and aren't just trying to get one over on you. I was in a bad spot, down a car and didn't think I could afford to fix it. Soon, I was going to let it go back to the finance company because I had to have a second working car for me, my wife and three kids. So, I had a mechanic work on it, that said he could do it... He ended up leaving half way through the job, with my engine torn completely apart, and it turns out he did more harm than good. Instead of a camshaft replacement, after what he did I needed an engine. These guys helped out so much! Not only did they come out to see the car(So I wouldn't have to tow it to the shop before seeing if they could do it), to see if they were comfortable with doing it, but they also found all the problems my other mechanic caused. Not only did these guys look at me like a person and not just another customer, they made sure I was informed through the entire process, answered the phone when we called(which is huge if you've ever called mechanics) and got us back on the road with a car I thought I was going to have to let go. It sounds better than before, and definitely runs like new. I can't say enough good things about this crew, Jason the manager is the one I spoke with throughout the process, Ben one of the mechanics is amazing(i think he did most of the work on my car), and even though I can't seem to remember the others names this whole crew here is just amazing. Trusted mechanic for sure.

Got my brakes done did a good job took a lil while do get parts but everything was great stuff was really nice friendly answered all my questions.
Imagine being 6 hours from home at 330pm and knowing your brakes won't allow you to get home. This was my 3rd shop visited but the only one able to get me taken care of, and well under the estimated time. Thanks guys!

Great experience, from when I called to book my appointment to the actual visit. Very friendly and guest service minded! The guy who was working the counter and checked me in and out was extremely friendly, name was Chris maybe? That's the name on my invoice !!
