Went in yesterday for oil change and to have my muffler looked at. Chris was very helpful with making sure I got the right oil in my car and finding the issue with the muffler. Was willing to even physically show me what was going on with my car. Turns out it was something else entirely which was great news. Definitely coming back
My wife had her tires repaired. We brought the car in on Thursday evening .Left keys and a list of to do items in an envelope, as we were told to do by the manger.They did not work on the car all day. Then only repaired the tires. Did not even look at the list. We still need a head light replaced, the rear widow wiper fixed, and the oil changed. This is after 22 years as a customer. New manger needs to be replaced. I will not return to this location again. And may not go to any Car-x.After talking with Eric, I would like to retract the previous review. He ask that we give him the opportunity to make things right. My wife took her car back to Car-X and Eric was waiting for her. He went above and beyond to make right.They changed the oil, the right headlight, and the fuse for the rear window wiper. And all at no charge to my wife. I would like to thank Eric,for " making things right" for my wife. And restoring our fath in CAR-X Five big Stars to Eric and Car-X.
These guys are awesome. They actually care and aren't just trying to upsell you. I very rarely feel at ease in any auto body shop and they made the experience quick and painless despite the fact that I had a mid workday car crisis. Collin and the team are just the bee's knees.
Eric Williams the manager was very professional and friendly. There was a cancellation and he fit me in right away. I explained I wanted a basic oil change and had a coupon and he was very accommodating, while not trying to upsell or add on any further services. Colin Owens the assistant manager did the actual work and was also professional and friendly. Colin went above and beyond just the basic oil change and tire rotation by bringing me out to to my car to show me other issues I may want to look at in the future, but also voluntarily doing some minor fender and front end body work he had noticed, pro bono. I was very impressed with the honesty, generosity and overall experience. I highly recommend visiting this location for auto repair and services.
Bryson and his team are excellent. I'm a single mother with one vehicle needing to transport my children to school. I came in as a walk in and I needed to get back to work. The issue was my exhaust and they saved me money and time. They performed the work needed expeditiously and had it complete so that I could have it before my children get out of school. They went above and beyond and gave excellent customer service and truly helped me with my car issue. I was valued as a customer and with care. Bryson I appreciate you and your teams help. Stopped by after I had a flat tire to get it patched and they were very busy, so I just left my tire to be fixed and picked it up after work. They fixed my tire and put it back on my car and did not charge me for the service. I was stunned and very impressed with their Customer service. They did not make one cent from me that day, but they will from now on. That's what Customer service is all about. Sean the store manger gets it!

Gave me a fantastic price on new brakes and rotors and fixed my caliper after it locked up. They fixed it very fast and with very short notice, luckily I had a car to drive so I was able to leave it while they made repairs. We got to talk to the manager while we were there and he was very straight forward and friendly. He even started talking with us about videogames we played. Very nice and honest staff definitely would get work done here again.
