Yesterday was my first time here, I didn't have time to schedule an appointment, so I walked in, Ivan Corona was very helpful, Also noticed that I needed new tires and took the time to give me quotes!!! I recommend this place, excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back.

I got new tires for a great price! And when I came in to install them the staff was incredibly welcoming, the manager David went above and beyond to show me what was wrong with the tires and explained everything so well. I am very happy with this specific car X location and staff.
They gave attention to details. Did exactly how I asked and very reasonably priced. Just talk to them (nicely) and tell them what you are looking for. They took care of every little concern I mentioned and made sure adhered to the instructions/requests while working on the car. Sorry I am a bit careful about my car but they didn't give me any reason to complain. Good peeps, good business, definitely recommend.
My car needed a lot of TLC after I was unable to drive it for two months over the summer. William was nice and professional and explained everything thoroughly, and even offered to check my brakes and belts free any time as they didn't need replacing quite yet but were looking a little worn. He even ran some coupons for me to shave a bit off the price! I'll definitely be coming back to this Car-X, I feel like I'm in good hands here.

I have dealt w numerous shops thru the years and have dealt w a lot of B.S . Many shops think they can take advantage of the single women and charge rediculous prices. The Car-X Elgin has been exact opposite!!!!I cannot say enough positive points about thisShop. They have proven to me over and over they have fair great prices and great service to match. These guys are truly the GOOD OLE BOYS CLUB. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!!!

Very honest and quick. I came for 2 tire repairs and Anthony was awsome. Most tire places will try and sell new tires for something that can be patched. Thank you again Anthony for helping us in a jam.
