*Customers who purchase a new set of four (4) P7TM AS PLUS 3 or CINTURATO P7TM ALL SEASON tires and complete the mail-in or online rebate form, will be eligible to

receive a $100 Pirelli Visa® Prepaid Card (the “Card”). Offer valid on Qualifying Tires purchased from participating dealers between April 7, 2026, and April 20, 2026. Offer

valid only for legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years or older and are individual consumers. Not redeemable for

cash. This rebate is not combinable with any other offer. Rebates will be processed in the order in which the Rebate Forms are received. Requests must be postmarked (if

mailed) or submitted online by May 20, 2026, 12:59 EST. Not valid with other offers. The Card will be a digital prepaid card issued to customer’s provided email address

within (4) weeks unless the customer requests a physical card to be mailed at the time of rebate submission. Offer void where prohibited by law. If you opt to receive a

physical Card, such Card will not be sent to PO boxes except in North Dakota. Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after online submission or mailing for delivery of a physical

Card if so requested. Limit one offer per online submission or mailed envelope. Pirelli reserves the right to confirm identification and request additional proof of purchase
