I have never enjoyed having my car serviced until I had it serviced here! They treated everyone with the utmost respect and had a pleasant place in which to wait. It was also easy to park here. I had had issues with my low-mileage 2012 car since about 2014, and the dealer had never been able to fix them, so the car was sluggish and pulled to one side -- but after my maintenance visit with Car-X, my car is running as well as it did when it was new! I no longer dread future maintenance as I have all my long life!read more

Service was good. It took a but longer than I had hoped, but it happens. They weren't super pushy, and the only upsell that they offered was the alignment which I wanted/needed anyway.read more

I've been taking my car here for years and have seen many managers come and go, but over the last couple years, the managers have been really, really great. I've never had an issue with any of my repairs or oil changes, no one ever tries to convince me that I need work done that doesn't actually need done, and any time I've wanted clarification on a problem, they've taken me out to the garage and shown me exactly what's going on. Pretty awesome since I'm not the most mechanically inclined. Their work is excellent, prices are fair, and they never return my car in poor condition. Now, I have friendly/knowledgeable management to tack onto my list of commendations.read more
