They are very pleasant to deal with, HOWEVER they told me they could not perform an alignment on my car until the tie rods were all replaced --(for $500!!!) Two separate mechanics (my dad and a different local shop) checked it out and told me that my car absolutely did NOT need the tie rods replaced. (And that if they did, $500 was WAY too much!) I took my car to a different shop for the alignment and now it drives like a dream. It really felt like they were assuming I knew very little about cars and trying to take advantage of me. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back to Car-X.

Professional, Reliable, Friendly...this place was great. My first experience here to get my oil change. I will certainly go back. Zach couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great service!

The gentleman here were fantastic. Super helpful, they explain everything in detail, and they don't try to swindle you into getting unnecessary work done. If you need a good mechanic, I'd definitely recommend. They were also super sweet to my very energetic 2.5 year old.

Zac was Awesome!! Brought my car in for state inspection and he got me in and out quicker than expected. I highly recommend this store and will be bringing all my vehicles in here for service and inspections.

Zach did a great job! Got me in same day, for a quick emissions test, and had me on my way. The waiting room is a decent size, and air conditioned, which is a huge plus with kids. Would definitely recommend!
