Made an appointment there for my emissions test. I arrived a little early. Didn't have to wait to long. I was in and out in about 30 mins or so.
The manager is super nice and professional! Was willing to look at the car for no cost and help me make the best decision for my budget! Will be going here for all my car needs now! Thank y'all!
Scheduled an appointment for 8am. Went in for state inspection, oil change & tire rotation. Everything was very easy & super professional. Andre is a very kind and upfront man who detailed on what they are doing on my car. Hes very polite and helpful. John,the mechanic worked very diligently on my truck to get it fixed quickly and properly with no bumps in the road. When he had a moment he even offered me coffee.GREAT CREW. I woke up this morning got ready for work and my car would not start at all. I called car x and spoke with Ryan let him know my situation he said no problem we will get you in. I had my car towed up to them and when I say blessings⦠Ryan and his team have completely taken care of my car and they have been nothing but wonderful throughout this extremely stressful day. These guys are life savers, literally! I was on the road from Utah to Florida, when my alternator went out on the highway, I managed to make it to Car X when my truck completely died in the parking lot. Kaz, who was at the front desk instantly started to help me out, and both him and the mechanic Ryan dropped everything they were doing to get the parts ordered, my truck fixed, and me back out on the road. They were both extremely friendly and polite and Kaz kept me laughing in spite of my conditions. I highly highly recommend this place, thanks again guys!
I usually go to Dobbs for tire service, but I was unable to get in right away and I was in need of tires bad! I end googling Tire and auto shops and Car-x was at the top of list. I was able to get in right away, which was a plus! Upon arrival I was greeted by Rick and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Car-X will definitely be my to go place for now on. I will recommend Car-x to my family and friends because not just for the great customer service, but they also have reasonable price that wonât break the bank.

Matt the assistant manager did a mid-muffler delete on my 392 Charger. Not only did he make sure to take the time and find out EXACTLY what I wanted, he was very professional and courteous. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and did quick work, for a great price. 10/10 would come here in the future.

We were broke down and from out of town but Stephanie made sure we were seen as soon as possible as we had a travel deadline to meet. The mechanic Tom did an amazing job pinpointing our problems of busted water pump, the serpentine belt and the idol tension pulley and making the needed repairs. We canât thank the both of them enough for making this unexpected delay as painless as possible and easing our minds that a thorough job was done. These two employees went above and beyond and CarX should be proud that they chose to come to work for them!!
I was advised that leaving a positive review here is the best way for an outstanding Car-X employee to get the recognition, bonus, etc. that she deserves based on my experience with her. Well, I took my 1991 Ford F-150 to this location a couple days ago, on Wednesday, 06/16/21. The very nice lady who was working at the counter, I believe her name is Stephanie, went out of her way to keep me informed of the progress as her technician tried to find out what was wrong with my beloved truck. She was also very knowledgeable, and understanding of my concerns and anxiety related to the situation.It's unfortunate that good customer service is hard to find these days. I've worked in customer service, and I appreciate it. Stephanie really helped me and made my day better. If her name is not Stephanie, I at least know for sure that it starts with an "S" and she wears glasses.I hope the proper authorities at Car-X see this and give Stephanie all the rewards she deserves for being such a great employee. I had a nail in my tire and a co worker informed me it was an easy fix to call Firestone. They were busy so I checked online and found this place and they told me to come in right away and could get me taken care of. Everyone was very friendly I would highly recommend this place. They are amazing!
I first want to say I love this place now. Emilio was the most nicest,understanding, and patient person ever. My car had been in there two weeks straight for a issue that was beyond their control but him and Scott were so understanding of the situation. Now my car is running so smooth and I hope it stays that way if anything ever happens again I will definitely bring it back. Thank you guys for dealing with crazy attitude

All I can say is Wow................... Great Customer Service. The owner at the location on Lindbergh, called the Rock Rd location. They took me immediately. I came down & from beginning to end, Great Great Great. He wouldn't let me leave without seeing, that my car was good enough 2 be on the road.
