10/10. I brought my car to diagnose an emission test failure. Two diagnosed issues and fixes later, it was running great. Everyone there was very professional, friendly and understanding. I cannot say enough about their patience and outstanding work. I will recommend them to everyone!
10/10 on politeness and care for their customers. Was in a pinch to find some air in one of my tires that hates the cold, decided to grab some across the street at the gas station. That made matters worse so I figured Iâd see if they would be willing to just top it off for me, I could tell they were kinda busy. Okay, not only were they not bothered to help air it up to the correct pressure, they actually took the time to do a quick visual to be sure I didnât have something stuck in or damaged on the tire. Told me to come on back if it happens again and thereâd see what was going on and get me back on the road. Iâll definitely be back when I need any work!
My experience was amazing! Kevin the manager was so nice, my hood release wouldnât open and he came out and helped me. He also helped refill my windshield wiper fluid! Never have had a bad experience there! I can always trust Car-X!
I could not go any other place and feel good and safe about my car and its safety. The guys here are absolutely the most amazing ever especially the manager Kevin. He doesn't make you feel stupid or make you feel like you are being taken advantage of. I recommend everybody to go here. Wouldn't go any other place ever..... even the dealership...
I recently visited the store and needed a brake light but had very little time to spare. Kevin and his staff were extremely accommodating and got me in. When they went to install the brake light, they discovered that mine was just loose, so they repaired it for me and saved me lots of time, trouble and money. This shop is consistently the best there is. I drive to the shop from Hillsboro, MO, specifically for this reason. Thanks guys!!!
Kevin was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond. My tires were losing air and I couldnât figure out how to do it on my own. I was across the street at the gas station and thought maybe the shop across the street could help! Knowing that they were beyond busy and probably had plenty of appointments. I tell them up front I have a budget and can only do the necessities. No scare tactics are used to pressure me into doing more work. We just switched our cars over to Car-X and so far I have been very pleased. Keep up the good work, guys!
Had more work on my car then I thought, tires where worn, brakes where wearing on one side much more then the other and battery at 50% I had to get to school and an interview, so I didn't have time to stay. The guys at Carx paid for a rental so I wouldn't drive in the rain with those issues. Super nice guys!
