I was really impressed with the quality of service I received on last Monday. The front manager was friendly and very professional. This was the second time I used Car-X. Couldnât ask for better service. I will definitely be back.
Unfortunately corporate took over this franchise and brought in an incompetent manager. My brother and I both have gone here. My brother brought his truck in on Friday for an oil change and tire sensor. They claim they accidentally called me to let him know his truck was done (they did not). My brother stopped at 5:30pm Friday to check on his truck and they were closed through the weekend. The manager insisted he called me and therefore I should have called my brother. I called, explained he put our relationship in strife, that he in fact did not call me to which his reply was 'yes I did' - talking fast and over me the entire time. Won't go back to this disrespectful place who can't offer a basic apology or try to listen without talking over people.
Had an oil change done on my Silverado. Pretty impressed so far. Watched the manager make right by a customer who's oil filter housing cracked on a Toyota. Pretty typical on the plastic housings. They redone the oil change and fixed the part since it may have cracked when the oil change was done by them. Don't find many shops willing to eat a buck these days. Will be bringing my truck in regularly and will keep updating my experiences here. So far mine was a good one.
I called last minute on Christmas Eve badly needing an oil change for my father's truck. The manager was so kind and said bring it in, they would squeeze me in. The truck was ready exactly when he said it would. The guys there are amazing and top notch work.
Recently took care of my leaking tire quickly and at a great price. They've fixed other stuff for me, too. Location is great for me because I can walk home if needed. There are also restaurants you can walk to while you wait for your car.

Amazing customer service. I came in late on a Friday afternoon with a flat tire after stopping at two places prior that turned me away! The guys (Chris and Jose) made time for me as a walk in and with great customer service! I had to order new tires due to the flat and they had me taken care of within 24 hours! Great team of experts! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for Saturday, July 10th at 5 PM a few days ago for an oil change but when I came in, I was told that they actually close at 5 PM. This is weird because their website says that they close at 6 PM. If you close at 5, reflect that on your website and don't give an option for a 5 PM appointment. In addition, if an appointment is rejected, why are customers not given any updates about that? They don't say anything if your appointment is not valid and instead leave you hanging.I'd leave a 0/5 if I could for both poor service and inaccurate information. Here's the photo of their hours for proof. Ended up just doing my own oil change because of the hassle. If you want something done right, do it yourself I guess
I made an appointment for an oil change several days before, but when I arrived I wasn't on the schedule. I was told they were booked out several days but I had a big trip planned. Lance was amazing and worked me in offering to change my oil himself. The customer service at the Weir Dr Carx is amazing. I'm always treated so well whenever I bring my vehicle in to get serviced.

We had our 2009 hyundai Santa feast transmission replaced with CarX in woodbury. The service techs and writers were extremely professional and upfront about cost and timeline of the replacement. After the repair we ran into a small problem once we took the car home. We brought it back and they 100% took care of us with same day service and charge free. We had a great experience and will use them again in the future.

After going to more than one repair shop in Woodbury I decided to try Car X for some front end work on my 2008 Nissan Titan. Not only were they courteous and friendly they got me right in and repaired my truck at a very reasonable cost which ended up being less than the quote. They definitely will be seeing me again (hopefully not too soon)
My son came home from Fargo over the weekend and his vehicle was misfiring. Even though they were booked several days out, Kirk managed to squeeze us in, after I told him my son needed to get back to Fargo the next day. Great service! Excellent price! Overall great experience! Thanks a ton, Kirk!!!

We were driving through the area, and my car started to make this awful noise. I stopped into this shop with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The store manager Kirk got me in right away, and everyone was super nice about it. They diagnosed the issue, and called my warranty company to make sure it was covered. Awesome place, would highly recommend!!!

Weâve been taking our vehicles to Kirk and his technicians for years. Kirk is the first person in the auto service industry that Iâve ever truly trusted. So get this...I called Kirk on a Saturday morning to see if I could get my vehicle in for an oil change. Thanks to his flexibility, I was able to bring it in that day. I asked Kirk to take a look at the tires (47,000 miles) as well. We felt like the tires werenât gripping the road like they should. Kirk told me that they always check the tires. Maybe I should know that but Iâm happy he mentioned it. Kirk called a few hours later to let me know my vehicle was ready to go. He told me that my tires still had plenty of tread and that his advice was to get through the rest of the winter on these tires. He said theyâd still be good through the summer and suggested looking at getting new tires before next winter. Have you ever had someone in the auto service industry ever suggest that you DONâT need a product?! Or that you can WAIT for a bit?!Kirk and his team are friendly, respectful, talented, and trustworthy.
Kirk and the group at Car-X were GREAT! I called as I needed a fan belt on my truck and this was the 3rd call I made to repair shops in the area. Kirk was the FIRST guy I talked to who gave me straight, to the point information! All other stores I talked to gave me doom and gloom, and I may as well toss my $35,000 truck in the junk yard because I lost a belt and the damage done (without looking at it or asking me questions they should have) was too great. Kirk stated he was fairly booked for the day, but they stated they would do their best to get me in, saying he needed to see the vehicle prior to giving me ANY news. Well, after about an hour.....Kirk had the belt replaced and said there was no damage to my motor. He gave me a list of things that SHOULD be done (Not HAD to be done) to the vehicle, and made sure I watched out for a few things in the future. That was a year ago, and to this day, I have broght my Nissan 350Z to him for tires, and one of the things he mentioned in my 1st visit was I had a leaking head gasket on my truck, so he is performing a head gasket replacment (NOT a "minor" job!!!) as I write this! From belts and tires, to a COMPLEX job like head gaskets......This is my FULL service repair shop! Honest, fair, and friendly! What else can you ask for!
