Honestly, #1 on my list of Indy repair shops. The professionalism and time management is top tier. Anthony is the best of the best knowledgeable and kind. Imagine being a girl who knows nothing about cars, car repair shops can be the worst places. Anthony repaired my car same day after it was broken into and the ignition was taken apart. So appreciative.

I've consistently had a wonderful experience working with Anthony. Finding an honest car repair establishment can be challenging, but I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided at Anthony's current workplace, CarX. It's worth mentioning that I had to travel approximately 30 minutes to have my car serviced there, even though there is another CarX just 5 minutes away from my home. Never thought I would say this.. but I had a wonderful experience having work done to my car. Not only were they accommodating to my schedule but I had some gripes with the price for the service and parts (Which of course prices of things are elevated in our country nowadays) yet they found a way to make it work and were much more comparable than other places nearby. Anthony and the crew were Friendly and focused , they made it easy to leave my baby (Which is my car) with them they are the epitome of what a neighborhood car shop should be highly recommended and I will be taking my other vehicle for service with them as well.
First time here and I loved it. I met Anthony the manager, and he provided an exceptional customer service. I did not know if I was to park my car at one of the garage entrances so I parked at a regular parking spot and he was so kind to move my car into the garage, he knew my name before I got there, since it was my first time it was very kind that he took the time to learn my name and he was very caring of my time there and my vehicle. He went above and beyond to provide comfort while I waited for my car, just very attentive and caring, not to mention an excellent work on my vehicle! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family for all their car needs.

Trustworthy car mechanics are hard to find except here. Iâve always had an honest and respectful experience from any of the workers here. They even told me my engine was going out before servicing my car and charging me for the unnecessary repair. They couldâve kept quiet so Iâll come back later for another repair and make more money. But they didnât. I got a new car and got rid of my old car 2 weeks later. I recommend them to anyone right now.
Well, they initially over-charged me for a part that I found much cheaper online, and when they replaced it that didn't actually fix the problem! But I stayed positive and polite, and eventually they took a significant portion off the price and fully fixed my problem without charging more when I brought my car back in. It's a tough business and economy right now, and these guys have to deal with all kinds of customers and cars, so I understand they don't always get it right the first time. But they did the second time, and they were genuine, nice guys who helped me out. The nicer you are to them, the nicer they will be to you!
I just want to express my gratitude to this shop. I went in this morning for a broken stud and to get a battery terminal fixed on my car, they were able get it fixed right away. It was affordable for me, something I really needed since I'm from 5 states over, and on a really tight budget. The relief of getting the help I needed especially when I'm not from here, alone, and how they didn't try to take advantage of me is unreal! Thank you so much and I can't recommend this shop enough. They always take care of me when I come in for routine maintenance. Mike was personable and runs a tight ship at this location. Highly recommend visiting this location, theu shoot it straight and give solutions to the problem at hand.
The one thing you always want is a quality place you can trust with your car. Not only have I put that trust in the 82nd location but I continue to. Most of the time I bring my car in for very simple things tires, small fixes but the one time I had a major problem I didnât hesitate on who I should call. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in and get my car looked at. I already knew a major repair like this would be costly because it was fuel related but they were great on pricing and really did me right. The bill was high because it was a major repair but I walked away satisfied knowing it was done right and I wasnât over charged. Mike and Jeremy made sure to call me at each step to give me an estimate of the cost before going forward. Mike also made sure when he found an issue he made sure he took care of it.The communication was great. The entire staff is friendly and know exactly what theyâre doing. I will come back over and over. They have my loyal business.

Brought my son into this location because I previously had a great, fair visit before. So again I entrusted Mike Booher and his crew to not rip us off and hike up the bill just to get more sales for the day and I was correct in thinking this would be the same type of experience. No hustling, quick acknowledgement at the door and car back rolling within hours. We will be back!!

I've been a customer of this Car-X for years! I've had all of my vehicles serviced here when something goes wrong. I've bought tires here and have had vehicles towed here when they break down. I most recently had my front struts replaced. Not a cheap service anywhere, but these guys gave me the best deal they had. I am always happy with the work and price. I plan on having additional modifications to my truck done here as well.They're friendly, honest, and do not try to oversell. They explain things well, and they've built my trust over the years. I recommend them to anyone!

Jessie went out of his way to make my experience the best that he possibly could. He's a really good mechanic that is really knowledgeable. They only had a couple of mechanics on hand so there was a little bit of a wait. The service is efficient and friendly. The shop is clean. I got my oil changed and brakes replaces for less than anywhere else would charge. I'm grateful for my Car-X!
