John and crew took care of two of my kids cars on the same day last week. They always do a fantastic job. We got my daughters car up there, fairly late in the morning for a blower motor and they still got it done!

Great experience at the Car-X Tire & Auto this morning in Westfield, IN! All employees were very professional and knowledgeable! I immediately felt at ease and confident that I was in great hands with my tire repair! I WILL be going back! They provide a variety of automotive services! I like the 1-stop shop they can provide!
Fantastic. I entered expecting to only get brakes done. They caught something that the Acura "stealership" missed when I went the other day. They fixed the problem, got everything knocked out with speed and efficiency, and saved me a headache down the road. Much appreciated! I was hesitant about going to the dealership in the first place, but glad the Carx knows what they are doing and physically showed me what was going on. Top marks!
I was prepping my car to sell to my out of state child and was having some proactive maintenance done. I knew my brakes were at 50% but still wanted them done for peace of mind. The technician didn't know the backstory and called to tell me the brakes did not need replacing. What great integrity you don't always associate with auto repair! I used them frequently for oil changes and have never been upsold on something I didn't need. I can't say enough about this location.

I left my house to go to the store on a Saturday. I rolled down my passenger window and when I tried to roll it back up it would not move. My SUV is parked outside, and I knew that it was supposed to rain the next day. So, I talked to the manager John and a gentleman named Shawn. Shawn told me he could fix it, so I left my SUV there. Approximately 2 hours later Shawn called me and said everything had been repaired. John and his team always take great care of me. And I would like to give a shout out to Shawn who took care of me in an expeditious manner!
These guys are the best! I came in to get my tires filled and they were able to find a nail and repair it they also found and diagnosed an issue with my transmission. They are always able to fit me in and can trust them with my car needs I will continue to come back. Thank you Hogan and the manager my car has never driven or felt so smooth.
My go to place for car repair. They are very honest and always the best price in town. I started with getting oil changes here since they are the best price for full synthetic. I had never heard of the oil brand they use (Duramax), but must say after using for a while now and going the duration of 6k miles the oil continues to look like honey, and in fact better than the manufacturer recommended Castrol oil after 6k.I recently had new tires and brakes done and again best deal in town and perfect quality of work. On my other vehicle I just had them look at my suspension for a second opinion and they didnât find it needed replacing, but found the noise to be a loose heat shield hitting my exhaust pipe. Simple fix.

I have used CAR X in Westfield for a few years now. The service is great. The store is clean as are the bathrooms. John and staff are always friendly and professional. I definitely recommend the Westfield location over the othersI used the fishers location on Allisonville Rd years ago. Let's just say I am very happy I went to the Westfield location.
John has been here since they opened the location and he is invested in seeing folks and their automobiles taken care of the right way. Never pushy with expensive recommendations - we have been long time customers. The current climate for service shops is tough due to lack of available staff, but John manages it quite well. Very satisfied.
John and his crew are always polite and helpful and one of the many reasons I go back year after year PLUS you cannot beat the prices, quality and knowledge !
Had a leak in my golf cart tire. I called Firestone and they wouldn't work on golf cart tires. I called this Car-X location and they were very willing to work on my tire. I took it in immediately and they completed the repair quickly and professionally. They stepped up and helped me out. I will bring other business to them.
