Great service and fast. Nick was super helpful. I had a wheel bearing issue and called this place hoping they could help lest I be stranded. Iâm traveling through the area and chose this place based on the other reviews here. Nick did a great job checking out a road noise that I thought was coming from my tires. Showed me that the wheel bearing I just had replaced was a bad part and saved me so much money. Even gave me paperwork so I could return to my mechanic and get it fixed without a problem. Took my car in with a nail in the tire. I had already been to one place that told me they could not repair it and I would have to buy a new tire to the tune of $250. I took it into Darrel who fixed it right up for me for $27!!! Thank you guys so much! I will be coming back for future service.
I had taken my vehicle to several other places that was wanting a very large amount of money to fix my exhaust system. But I brought my terrain here and many, many huge thanks to Craig & his crew; my car is now running like a brand new one. I had another great experience here recently. Nick is so approachable and knowledgeable. I believe Jake worked on my car and he did a great job. There was a small hiccup (which was my mistake), and the workers were able to figure out an alternate solution, and get my car fixed up very quickly and efficiently. I canât say enough good things about this location and their staff.

I've been coming to Car-X of Kettering for a few years with my car problems. Daryll and his staff are amazing. I took my car in for a coolant leak I dropped it off on Tuesday, he said he most likely wouldn't be able to look at it until Wednesday and he put me on the schedule for Wednesday, about 2 hours after dropping it off on Tuesday -the day before my scheduled appointment- Daryll calls me and tells me what he found wrong with it. It was fixed and ready to go by Wednesday. I don't know how affordable their pricing is because I don't have any other garage i take my car to, this is the only place that I trust my car with.
Fantastic experience! My usual shop couldn't fit me in (which is becoming the norm & not convenient) & my brakes needed worked on right away. Made an online appt for the next morning & Nick was so nice, informative, thorough, & respectful of my time. The cost was great. Even waiting was made better getting to chat with the employees. I am forever a fan & will have to bid farewell to my usual shop for them. I already recommended them to a friend of mine who needs brake pads! Thanks so much Nick!! You rock at your job. The guys at CarX in Kettering are very honest and trustworthy. They could have very easily made up things wrong with my vehicle and I would have never known but instead called after running a diagnostic and explained to me what was going on. Very fair priced and I will be taking my car back in the future if needed. I highly recommend!
Iâm very satisfied with the service done on my car. It actually needed more done than they at first thought, but even so they didnât charge more than they initially quoted me. I definitely recommend this shop and will take my car there for any repairs. The employees were friendly and explained everything they repaired.

As a woman, itâs difficult to find an honest, auto care provider, to service my vehicle. Especially driving an older car. However, that changed today. Had an exhaust system installed on my station wagon. Darell did an amazing job on it. He worked literally all day on it. Even stayed after close to finish it up. While I waited in the waiting room every customer that came in was treated with respect and kindness by the techs.
They are very friendly and honest and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs on their vehicle .

Good service. I was early and they took me right in. Inspection made me aware of another problem.
My day was going horrible and on top of it, I had a flat tire because of a valve stem leak. I limped my truck there an hour before closing and walked in and asked if they could take care of me. The manager(?) said âyah we can squeeze you inâ and within 10 minutes he went out in to the parking lot and took the tire off and fixed it up in about 15 minutes. He came back with my key and basically said âno chargeâ. This amazing act of kindness made my day brighter on a day when it seemed pitch black. I appreciated it so much that I will always recommend them to everyone. Thank you again.

I have been going to CarX for several years now and they have always taken good care of my car. They have told me to be aware of possible future issues that have happened to my old car. I'm pleased with their service.
I thought my front brakes needed replaced because I heard a lot of squeaking, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear they just had a lot of brake dust on them. I said well I wouldnât have known any difference if you just told me they needed replacements, and he said we believe in treating people right so they come back. Excellent service and they didnât charge me at all.
Every time I went to car X Iâve been very impressed. The service has been timely it is probably been professional they are very honest and even one time they did not charge me anything when they said it was just a simple repair and got my car back to me very fast which was very helpful being an essential worker during the pandemic. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for them and thank you again so much for your great work and great goodness that you are as people!

I recently had 2 car emergencies that needed quick service. Darrell got my car right in immediately. Darrell and his staff were extremely helpful and professional. The charges were very reasonable. Our Lexus had a hole in the exhaust flex pipe. I dropped the car off for a quote in the afternoon and had a estimate within an hour. They mentioned they would be able to cut out the old pipe and weld in a new one. I told them to proceed with the recommended work and later that afternoon the car was fixed. The quote over the phone was exactly what I paid.
This group is exceptional in its management capabilities and technical skill levels. I have used them on multiple cars over the past four decades and I am always amazed at quality people they find and keep and the quality work they do. Thanks!

This place has always been awesome. I almost always come here for all of our oil changes. Theyâve handled both our Toyota Camry and our Nissan Pathfinder. They guys who work here have always been soft spoken, helpful and fair. Thatâs why I keep coming back. Their waiting room has vending, a bathroom and magazines. It gets the job done. I plan on returning here soon for new break pads. I know theyâll take care of me!
