I was treated kindly and with respect. I waited the 2 hours for my tires to be replaced. The waiting area was a bit dirty but the staff was nice and the deal on the tires was great!
The manager, Jim, was very nice. He told everyone what was going on and what they needed and didn't try to oversell anything. He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help some other customers out. I only got an oil change. Pretty basic, but I'll continue to get them there as long as Jim is there.
Jim got me in and worked with my schedule. He personally replaced my tires. Great service, and super friendly!

Scheduled an oil change for the following day on the website after they had closed for the day. They called promptly at 7:30 the following morning to confirm my appointment was in the books and scheduled to happen. Came in and waited for the oil change, which was done quickly and they gave me coupon price without me even revealing whether I had a coupon or not. Also saw Jim going above and beyond with another customer while I waited that was having issues, handled it very professionally and courteously. Will definitely be returning.

Took care of my issue on a Saturday morning about an hour but took slightly longer. The work done was good, no follow-up issues.
Their rating is lower than it should be, each time Iâve gone they have been very kind and professional. The gentleman at the counter let me know my Kia received a notice on a recall I was not aware of and we had a discussion on their engines that was insightful.
My insurance wanted me to get my car fixed through a shop in their network, where I would have had to be without my car for at least a week. I took my car to CarX Thursday morning, they looked at it immediately and called me the same day with a quote. Eric even told me to get my insurance involved so they could help cover the cost. I dropped my car off Friday morning and was okay with not getting it back until Monday, but Eric called me and had it back to me Saturday by noon! I highly recommend getting your car fixed here!
I have had a lifetime warranty muffler since 2006 on this car and even though no places that I know of do lifetime warranty mufflers any longer Car X actually honored my lifetime warranty muffler all I had to pay for was the 50 something dollars labor and materials to put it on. when you go to other places and they just look at you stupid and say oh we donât do that sir these guys didnât these guys said âsays right there lifetime warranty and Iâm going to honor itâ isnât that great?
I was headed to Midas but someone had the drive blocked and ended up in Car X lot. Someone noticed me and that my windows were down and dropped what they were doing to check on me. I needed air in my tires and he was like oh sure no problem. Had me pull up and without even skipping a beat started to fill them up after asking what my PSI was. We chatted about the new Call of Duty for two minutes before he was done and had me on my way. What a nice guy I kept thinking to myself running my errands and decided it was necessary to share here. Next time I need anything with my car Iâll be skipping Midasâ driveway haha.
I went in for an oil change, the board they usually use to get my car up on the lifter they didn't have anymore. Bryson and the other gentleman that was there came up with a solution and was able to service my car. Thanks for your kindness fellas! Would recommend this store to anyone!
Had an appointment confusion that Russel the manager was happy to clear up and get me taken care of. He was a friendly guy who got me what I needed despite the confusion. Would highly recommend coming here to get your auto needs taken care of!

So this review is a little unconventional as I did not get my car serviced by them BUT it wasnt because they weren't able to do the work, I was just not in a good financial position to get it done. And while I could've gotten financing through the program they suggested (AICMA) we just weren't able to take on that kind of financial commitment.HOWEVER, the gentlemen behind the counter (I am drawing a blank on his name right now, I think it was Chris) was outstanding! He was very upfront about pricing, tried his best to get the parts needed for my car and if I had the money I absolutely would've gotten my car worked on.I appreciate people who are honest and transparent. If we are able to save some more, we will definitely be coming back here to get some work done.

Quick & great service. They didn't have my windshield wiper, so he called AutoZone across the street and had them bring one over. Kinda overcharged, but I suppose I paid for quick service.
