I have been dealing with your Tesson Ferry branch for over 5 years and have to let you know what a great service and work ethic Dario and Matt provide. They are not only very hard workers, they have great personality and are fair to their customers. They were gone from this shop for a while and I went elsewhere for my auto service and was not happy at all. When I heard that they were back, I immediately returned to being a regular customer. The rest of the employees at this location are first class as well.

Saw your ad on the staton I work for. My brakes were bad after having the lines replaced at a competitor of yours last year. I am thinking..another $200-$300 repair and waiting ALL day.
I went to your store at 7:30 out by 10:15. GOOD! Eric the tech found a right rear line to the brake rubbed through. $40 part. Whole thing was going to cost me just over $60. I said...Add an oil change.
Brakes fixed..oil change...I am out the door for about $92. Not sure how you do it but keep doing it!

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Preston at the Car-X location on IH10 West in San Antonio. When I arrived to get my Mustang serviced, Preston was extremely busy with phone calls and counter customers, but maintained a very pleasant and helpful manner to all of his customers. When I picked up my car, Preston was again very pleasant and went out of his way to ensure that I left a happy customer. I work at a local university and we strive for excellent customer service in our department. Preston could teach a class on offering excellent customer service!

I went to the Car-X in Shrewsbury and I just want you to know how nice everyone is there. The manager Jesse is really nice and so friendly. I am a woman and it is very nice to deal with someone who talks to you like you are a real person. Most repair places talk down to you when you are a woman, I guess they think you don't know anything. Jess kept me informed about what they were doing to fix my car. I would not go anywhere else to get my car fixed. Hats off to Jesse and his team.

I would just like to let you know that I am very pleased with the service I received at the Smith Road location. Both the manager Jon, and the technician - also named Jon - took excellent care of me and my 2003 Honda Element. The front washer fliud pump had stopped working and I had been dealing with this problem for almost 2 weeks. They ordered the part and got me fixed in about an hour the day the part arrived! I just wanted to say thanks and let you know that you have a good team at that store...see you next time.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a wonderful store you have on Thompson in Indianapolis. I am a cable contractor that lives in Lafayette and drive to Indianapolis to work, 70 miles. My temperature gauge was going up then coming down, enough to make me concerned with my drive home. The gentlemen took me in at the last moment and found the problem, fixed it and put me on my way, These men have made me a lifetime customer and I will refer them to the 30 other contractors I work with. I had a older car that sat for about 6 months, worked a week then died. My sister uses Car-x 13250 Nacogdoches, San Antonio Texas. So I took it there, they treated me with respect, they called everyday to let me know what was going on. My car has not ran this well in years. Raul and the store manager were stars, in my eyes.
