    During the second week of July I started experiencing problems with my car overheating, hard starts, and other minor complications.  I brought my car to the Car-X in Woodbury, MN on a Saturday afternoon after a 30 mile drive where I had to keep both windows open and the heater on high so that I could get to work.  I spoke with the Manager Kirk and his staff and they were confident that they could get the work done before they closed at 4 pm.  Kirk and his staff were outstanding!  Not only were they able to fix my car, but they gave me a ride to work and dropped off my keys later in the day so that I could drive home.  I will have no problems returning to them for my maintenance needs from here on.  E. I stopped at the Car-X at Clarks Creek Rd in Plainfield, IN when the wiper blades on my car stopped moving during a rain storm about 50 minutes before closing time.  Joseph said they would take a look at it.  Robert promptly diagnosed the problem as a worn bushing and tried to replace it, but it would not hold.  I was impressed with his experience and skill when he went to a nearby auto parts store and got a similar part from another make and model that could be made to fit.  He was able to make the repair so that I could continue my hundred mile trip home.  This was all done in a very professional and courteous manner at a reasonable price.  Thank you.  A. I have been going to the Car-X at 6112 S 27th St in Milwaukee, WI for many years and always received very good service.  My last visit deserves special praise for Jimmy, one of the mechanics, and Chris, the manager.  I needed to replace two hub bearings on my 2003 Jaguar.  Chris spent three days trying to find the right parts and now my Jag is running perfect again.  His efforts went way beyond the norm for a service oriented business and I wanted to express my appreciation to him and your crew.  Ed


I originally went to Car-X about 6 years ago, because every other place I called wanted me to make an appointment.  Car-X let me walk in and wait for the problem to be fixed.  That was the day I met Rick, the manager of the Bridgeton Car-X.  He is always so polite, so friendly, and so helpful.  From that day on, I haven't taken my vehicles anywhere else.  No matter what the problem is.  I trust them to do the work on my vehicle.  I see mostly the same crew working there that I did 6 years ago.  That tells me that not only is Rick great with customer satisfaction, he must be good to work for too.  Everyone recognizes me when I come in.  I just don't get this level of customer service anywhere else.  I ask their opinions on the care and maintenance of my truck, too.  Recently married, I can say, that my husband will be bringing his vehicles to Car-X for service as well.  Why would we go anywhere else?  I would recommend Car-X to anyone that wants work done on their vehicles.   Thank you Car-X, and thank you Rick.

I can't tell you how satisfied I am with Eddie and his gang.  I brought in my Audi for brakes under your lifetime warranty.  They had a hard time getting the right brakes from the supplier.  Finally on Friday, Eddie got the new pads put on.  He was very respectful, courteious and had genuine interest in me and my car, not typical of my past experiences at a car repair shop.  I know how expensive my brakes are, yet Eddie never tried to blow me off or say the car was not under warranty.  I spoke to several guys at work, and they all said how good you were to them as well.  What more can I say.

Being a woman, it is hard to find a place that doesn't try and pull one over on you since I am not familiar with car parts.  I was very impressed when I went in for what I thought was a needed alignment and what it really was, was that my tire pressure was off.  Car-X didn't charge me for an alignment or anything for that matter and was very honest about everything.  I really appreciate it and will make a point to visit Car-X for needs in the future.
